Shipping

Local pick-up in Stockholm (Sundbyberg) or shipment within the EU.
Orders are processed within 5–30 days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order is shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, reach out to us via our contact-form with your order number.

Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
Samples are also final sale.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.
